Thomas Lake Jackson was born in 1891, in Allerton Bywater, to Samuel (a miner) and Hannah. He was baptised at Allerton Church.
On the 1911 census he is 20 years old and living with his parents at Blaire buildings Allerton Bywater. Samuel is a coal miner and Thomas is a pony driver.
On the 30th June 1913 Thomas married Maggie Wilkinson at Allerton Bywater Church. He was 24.
Thomas was killed by a fall of roof at the Allerton Bywater colliery on the13th November 1930. He was 39 years old.
